1. Counting the bricks of any available wall.
2. The alphabet game ... pick a topic and go through the alphabet thinking
of something that starts with that letter.
3. Decide on the female candidate who is pregnant .... there always seems to
be one of our Y11's in the pudding club each exam season!
4. Spot the head lice .... gives you a real excuse to put off those kids who
have made your life a misery for the last 5 years.
5. Practise walking without making a noise - a slightly silly gait is
allowed.
6. Spot the candidate next likely to need an additional sheet of writing
paper. An option here is either standing nearby to pounce or (back to the
ones who have been a pain in the neck for the last 5, 6 or 7 years) get as
far away from them as possible.
7. Blu-tak sculpture (or perhaps a more revolting version involving ear wax
and ............. oh I leave it to your imagination.)
8. Writing your shopping list, holiday list, wish list, ohh any list really,
on one of the additional sheets .... just don't give it to a candidate by
mistake.
9. Origami - same caveat as number 8.
10. And - just for the ladies - pelvic floor exercises!
