I must admit that I spend much of my time trying to keep users
possibilities of customization to a minimum for the simple reason the
C-I-SAID revolves round a series of large and complex relational databases
which can easily be corrupted. Memorizing search instructions and storing
output is about as far as it goes.
Having said that the programme is written largely in visual basic and I do
write variations for users who specify what they want to do.
