Dear all,
I am analysing the data form a questionnaire on physical activty and I
have the following doubt.
One of the most accreditated "formulas" for gaining cardiovascular
benefits from vigorous exercise is 3 times a week for at least 20
minutes. Let's take vigorous swimming as an example, my question is:
are the benefits of swimming 3 times a week for 20 minutes at time the
same as swimming 6 times a week for 10 minutes at time?
Any evidence-based information would be very much appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Serena
