I received a call this morning from a representative of iBase who seemed
very clued up about the stage 2 bids to NOF (including details of our
consortium) and who was trying to persuade us to purchase their services.
Do I remember someone else had been approached by this company in a similar
way last month, and that the advice was to inform NOF?
