There is a Corpus Juris website at
http://www.euroscep.dircon.co.uk/corpus.htm

Subject: Corpus Juris
I have had a number of enquiries about Corpus Juris recently - and this has
exposed a serious gap in my knowledge!
My understanding had been that this was a discussion document only and that
it had very little relevance now. A possible amendment to Treaty Article
280 to add a provision for a European public prosecutor didn't get agreement
at Nice and was withdrawn. End of story.
But my enquirers insist otherwise and they are fairly insistent, to say the
least!
Can anyone point me towards some up-to-date information on Corpus Juris or
fill me in on its current status?
I will, as always, be most grateful!!
