Strikes me that local historians might want some input into this?!

Social Historian Needed For New TV Programme
Pearson TV are looking for contributors to take part in a new programme on
haunted buildings. The programme isn't a show that sets out to prove or
disprove the existence of haunted buildings, but to investigate the
compelling tales behind Britains most haunted houses. We're putting
together a team of experts ? social historians, archaeologists, historians,
genealogists and scientists to literally, dig deep in order to unravel the
mysteries. The programme is a half-hour factual entertainment programme
targeted at a weekday, or Sunday evening family audience. It offers a
gripping mixture of mystery and excitement as well as factual history and is
intended to make the hairs rise on the back of your neck, whilst giving an
insight into our ancestors and the way they lived.
Pearson Television are part of RTL, Europe's biggest independent programme
maker. As part of the Thames TV division, we have enormous experience of
producing educational programmes with the highest production values and we
bring commitment and professionalism to all our work.
