italian-studies: Scholarly discussions in any field of Italian studies
Dear colleagues,
I wonder if anyone could let me know who (when, and where) in the late
1960s critiqued Ginzburg's "Lessico famigliare" on the grounds that it
contributed to providing the Italian bourgeoisie with phony anti-Fascist
credentials. Could it have been Cesare Cases? (Unfortunately I have
mislaid his collected essays).
Many thanks in advance,
Mirna Cicioni
