Hi
I wonder if anyone is interested in responding to this research, which I
believe is intended to lead to a UK based TV documentary. Please reply

Subject: Sameera Dad- Disability & Criminality
Dear Mark,
Thank you for speaking to me. I am developing some research with regards to
physical disability and criminality. Physical in the sense of mobility,
growth, hearing impediment, blindness.
I am looking to speak to people who are disabled and have been convicted for
crime. I am interested in their experince of being cautioned or convicted.
If having served prison sentences, I am interested in speaking to them in
relation to their perception and experience as a disabled person. I am
interested in the facilites for them as either a wheelchair user or other
disability. In terms of this it is the facilities in prison and also how
about their coping experience.
In addition I am also interested in petty and minor offences committed by
disabled people. How has that individual found re-integrating back into
society?
Are you a disabled person who has committed a crime but has been let off due
to your disability?
I would be grateful if you could contact me on

At this stage I assure you everything is completely confidential.
Mark I would be grateful if you could forward this. Once again thank you.
Speak to you soon.
Regards,
Sameera Dad
