New Issue: East European Constitutional Review

The Fall 2000 (Vol. 9, No. 4) issue of the East
European Constitutional Review (EECR) has arrived.
As long-time list members know, the EECR is published
quarterly by the New York University School of Law
and the Central European University in Budapest.
The current issue includes the following Special Reports:
- Jacques probes the disorienting effects of
Kostunica's victory
- Kim Lane Scheppele explains the constitutional
symbolism prized by the Hungarian Right
- Donald N. Jensen discerns the rights and wrongs
of the Cox Commission Report
The initial section of the EECR is entitled

on constitutional politics in Eastern Europe and
the ex- USSR." The countries examined in this issue
