Suprisingly, despite recommendations, Sux does not need to be refrigerated.
At room temp it can be kept for a maximum of 3 months. A colleague of mine
working for a time in Romania was horrified to discover that they did not
keep their sux in the fridge at all but it worked just fine (after 6
months+) in all cases.

PS We keep ours in the fridge as it would upset the anaesthetists if we
didnt.
