HEMS London medics routinely use etomidate for all their GAs - well, all the
ones I've seen recently. I'm not even sure if they carry propofol or
ketamine anymore, perhaps Gareth or Tim can let us know? I also use
etomidate for the unstable patient; there isn't much additional training
required, over and above that needed for the more "traditional" agents.
