You may want to look at VisualRoute. There's a live demo at
http://visualroute.visualware.com/ I don't know how this works with the
AOL proxy servers.

Thank you all for replying to my email. Seems like I awoke a monster.
:-) I received an awful lot of emails from that one post! I am new to
this list but not to lists in general, so I would liek to gently remiond
people that the protocol is to reply to the list and not to the
individual. (It gets too hard to sort through the 100 or so emails I
get everyday).
Anyway, I am trying to figure out how to map IP addresses to a physical
location. I have had some success with traceroutes and whois and all
that. However, I was wondering, has anyone solved the "AOL Problem"?
In case you don't know they use Proxy servers, so it is hard to figure
out where the trafic is coming from. I have a potential solution, but I
do not want to duplicate it if someone has already done it before.
Again, please do reply to the list, so everyone can benefit from the
knowledge - that is the idea, right?
