Hello,
I have Tietze's syndrome with ups and downs for the last 15 years and
experienced different treatments for it. Ultrasound didn't help a lot,
neither diadynamic currents (I think that's what they gave me, I was not a
physio yet at the time). Most effective is indeed improvement of ROM in the
cervicothoracic junction (my colleague used maitland) and thoracic spine,
and posture correction.
