There is auseful site called CIEMEN which has the official
texts on languages from Europea countries. Look at
http://www.troc.es/ciemen/mercator/index-gb.htm
under International rules for EU legislation, EP
resolutions etc. There's quite a lot of material on Spain,
etc.
