With regard to Sarah's difficulties with the text only interface (which I
haven't yet tried) you may be interested to know that at the EUDUG meeting
this Thursday we will be hearing from Mr Erling Petersen of the Europa-Site
Coordination Team. I will certainly raise this issues with him. Full details
of the meeting are given below:
EUDUG Meeting - this Thursday, 22 March at 2:30 pm
There are still places available at the EUDUG meeting this Thursday
afternoon. Free entrance to EUDUG Members (membership is £25 pa) to hear
talks from Mr Erling Petersen of the Europa-Site Coordination Team and Mr
John Cooke, Business Advisor from the HM Treasury, Euro Preparations Unit.
If you are a user of the Commission's Europa website (and these days, who
isn't?) or are interested in information on the introduction of the Euro, do
please come along as there is always something to be learned, uncovered or
clarified! After the Meeting there will be wine and snacks, a chance to
chat to our speakers, and to meet and exchange views with other EU
information workers.
The meeting takes place on Thursday 22 March 2001, starting at 2:30 pm at
the European Parliament's United Kingdom Office, 2 Queen Anne's Gate,
London.
If you would like to attend the meeting on 22 March, please e-mail
