Here in Coventry, Hedgerow consultations have totally dried up.

Subject: Hedgerow regulations
Dear all
This is a related matter to Jim's enquiry about utility work. Following
an early spate of consultations on Hedgerow reg's and a successful
planning appeal we have been significantly underwhelmed. Last year our
hedgerow consultaions had all but dried up. Is this the case elsewhere
in the country?
