To me, the important word is INCLUDES. The above catagories don't
cover all possible disability types, and weren't intended to.
If your impaiment has "substantial and long-term adverse effects on
[your] ability carry out normal day-to-day activities", and it isn't
specifically EXCLUDED (as problems related to drugs or alcohol are)--
you're covered by the Act.

Obviously, most people with these impairments DON'T fall into any of
the listed disability catagories.
Maybe a new catagory is needed. "Specific learning disabilities" or
"learning differences" would fit for me-- but I'm in Australia.
In the UK, of course, "learning disability" means what others would
call "intellectual disability" or "mental retardation". Hmmm....
