Jupp! As an example: http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/CR-rdf-schema-20000327/ is a URI for the RDFS specification.
http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema# is the resource, which is related to the specification via:
"The core schema vocabulary is defined in a namespace informally called 'rdfs' here, and identified by the URI reference
http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema#" (RDFS spec, 2.1)"
I can't see a problem with Aaron's choice of URI's in case they eventually (!) point to eventually (!)
officially endorsed RDF schemes.
Perhaps they don't look beautiful - but such a property of URI's will not bother RDF processors during the next few years.
For the specifications (which already have the status of DCMI rec's)
URI's of the type http://dublincore.org/documents/2000/07/11/dcmes-qualifiers/
appear as a better choice, as humans might think of them as 'meaningful'.
Cheers
