Dear Henry, there are more Programms, but the most well known is probably
physiotools. Information can be found on:
http://www.physiotools.com/
In my Opinion these Programs, I own two different one of them (inkl
physiotools), don't work very well in normal klinical practice, as drawing
some short pictures with your own Ideas works faster and better, you have to
instruct the excersises anyhow. The only thing is it really looks nice. In a
fitness-setting, there are also fitnessmodules it may be more appropriate.
Your second Question I can not answer. Are you sure it's a good idea to let
the patient do selftraction?
Greetings,
Marco
