Another thought.
Have a look at the original entry again and see if you can
make out a number in pencil added by the clerks at the GRO
in London.
This will be the occupational code the GRO used to classify
the occupation. I think there is a complete list of codes
in one of the 1851 Census Volumes. See Higg's A Clearer
Sence of the Census for more information.
