Much 'joined up' working that I have experienced or observed seems to be
multi agency projects (although intra agency joined up-ness is also an
issue). This is often related to one project, with the same actors coming
together in other arenas to progress other multi agency projects.
Unfortunately, this 'joined up-ness' often fails to extend to including the
service user. If we are to be truly joined up, then surely service users are
one of the elements to be joined.
