I'm working on a 3 yr project with colleagues at Norah Fry and the
Family Fund Trust to look at good practice in joined up/multi-agency
working in services for disabled children. There has been evaluation
work done in this area in Leicestershire but also by SPRU in York.
Tim, (sender of original e-mail on this topic) did you get a signpost
to the Health and Social Care Joint Unit at the DoH - their
web site may have things of interest.
