Right on target, Sarah. if one is clear what one is about, the software (or
lack of) make little difference. Any (or none) will do fine. If one is not
clear, no software will help.
On the other hand, if one is clear, then some software packages provide a
somewhat better "fit." As you have pointed out, the various permutations of
NUD*IST may be a better "fit" to GT. However, I am convinced that any
software can be used to support any approach.
