We have found the best plan for Osgood Schlatter's Disease is icing everyday
for 20 minutes, & quad stretches (goal 0-140 knee flexion in prone). We have
about 80% success with this program after 2 weeks. If they are no better we
recommend rest and outpatient PT with pain modalities. Some of the straps
help alittle, but we do not routinely prescribe them.
I hope this helps.
