*** It is rather difficult to unhypocritically separate church and State when
the dollar carries the motto, "In God we trust", as well as Freemason
symbols, and witnesses in court and those swearing allegiance to the State
have to place their hands on a Bible. This scheme of things would seem to
obey "The Confusion Principle" extolled by well-known muscle magazine
publisher and bodybuilding entrepreneur, Joe Weider!
Anyway, I shudder to think what will happen to this group during the next
four years if the precious distinction between on-topic and off-topic
discussion continues to be eroded by all those who suggest that they can run
a major country's affairs better than its elected officials.
The State might reward such perfection with a medal of honour, whereas some
Church might canonise the fortunate soul. Take your pick if you wish to
follow State or Church. Better still, what about trying to try to appease
both?
