Centre endowed through DETR

REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
ALL WELCOME including tea/coffee at 3.45 prior to opening by
the Vice-Chancellor, Room D9, Ebsworth Building, which is
convenient to Thornaby Station (direct services from Manchester
