Good idea to dump calcium and bicarb. Keep it simple, so we can
understand what you've done if they get as far as A&E!

Cautionary tale from the Ray book of anecdote-based medicine: Have ONCE
(and once only) seen Calcium work: due to drug error, old fruit on
medical ward got accidentally overdosed on calcium-blocker. Probable
cause of EMD spotted (by very bright student nurse) 15 minutes into
resus when we were about to pull the plugs. 2 vials of calcium chloride
had dramatic effect in 1 cycle of CPR. Old fruit made full recovery to
discharge home. Calcium didn't work or wasn't indicated in the other X
hundreds of arrests I've been involved in.
