afaik, the title attribute is for links <a>, the alt attribute for
<images>. if an image is a link and there's an anchor tag around
it, and the image tag has an alt text, the link a title text, then -
theoretically - the alt text should take preference.
title is generally not supported by netscape, and i think n6 has just
not implemented it properly yet - mozilla that is, which is what i'm
currently using.
