As Kat indicates (below) the importance of getting the
biggies behind you can be critical. Here at APU, I chair
our Web Policy Group which includes the Deputy V-C, 2 Pro
V-Cs (in effect, 3 of our top 4) and a Dean. This certainly
helps when trying to encourage the non-conformists. (It
also helps if the branding is recognisably well designed
for incorporation into a web-site!.)
