We quite like majordomo / MajorCool internally, to which you can tie hMonArc
as a web archive.

| We use majordomo at the moment - it's fine in many ways, but not
| particularly intuative to use, and users who have e-mail packages which
| wrap the text sometimes have problems in understanding what is happening
| when text is wrapped onto a second line and so is seen by majordomo as a
| separate command.
|
| We have plans to move to mailman soon, which users a web interface which
| is a lot more intuative.
