I don't have any comparison data I'm araid, but I can offer you a little
of our experiences.
We use MajorDomo 1 with a web bolt-on called MajorCool. They're
reasonably personable in their responses, but all MajorCool really does
is to take the response from a web form and squirt it into a Majordomo
control email and fire it off to the mail system.
We've run this for three years and MajorDomo for longer with little real
trouble, but when we move to a Cyrus message store in the summer, we'll
probably implement Mailman or MajorDomo 2 - the jury is still out!
