I agree - it's about equal opps too.
If you have so few students with visual impairment (for example), perhaps
you should be looking to technology to help create a more level playing
field (and not by levelling down) and so to help recruit more students.
There can be an economic dimension to the moral case, which should help in
arguing for the resources to do it properly. There may well be legal
requirements shortly - I think there are consultations out at present.
