Central Computing Services
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic person to join a small
but successful team based in Central Computing Services with
responsibility for the design, development and maintenance of our Web
site. You will play a key role in developing the public Web site as
an effective marketing tool for recruiting students and assist with
other Web-based projects in administration, teaching and research.
A team player, educated to degree level, you will have at least two
years' experience of developing and maintaining web sites. You must
be able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of Web development
languages (including HTML, XML, JavaScript, and CGI); an awareness
of the importance of design for the effective delivery of Web content;
excellent communication skills; and the ability to work on your own
initiative. Experience of Web Content Management Systems is desirable.
Salary range: £22,401 - 28,363 pa, depending on skills and experience.
