Via Office 2000 Sever Extensions (OSE) you can:
create a “collaboration environment” via your intranet
- supports online discussions
- users can share documents
it seems to work in a similar way to present but
collaboratively/remotely.

Have you tried the comments feature in word? You can even add audio.
