Perhaps a "Meetings" Web page could be set up to disseminate information
about key meetings?
Everyone involved could record the dates of all meetings which are, for each
person, of equal or higher priority than GRID meetings.
Updating of the Web page could be via a moderator or through some form of
controlled access. I think the controlled access method of allowing each
participant to add and remove information would probably work better in
practice but may take some effort to set up whereas the moderated page could
probably be implemented immediately.
