I don't know if such a list exists, I agree it would be
useful to have one. Such research is not
limited to the anthropology departments of universities.
Increasingly, anthropologists are also to be found in
business schools - the University of North London is a case
in point. The Centre for Leisure and Tourism Studies
http://www.unl.ac.uk/celts/info.htm
has four anthropologists supervising PhDs and doing tourism
research in the Mediterranean, Middle East, South-east Asia,
Pacific and Caribbean regions.
