Hi grasshopper,
Thanks for th poem!
A well written, wicked, kind of read!
Ha! I once visited friends who lived over the road to a small town of turkey
sheds. Their youngest daughter was appalled when she was told why everything
had gone so suddenly and emptily silent!
Have a canny start to the new year... as full as the huge moon that rose
hereabouts an hour or so ago. Wonder is such a wonderful thing!

>God visited the poultry yard.
>His knife was sharp. His eyes were hard.
>He said, "While angels choir above,
>sweet carollings of peace and love,
>you will be plucked and roast and sliced."
>The turkeys gulped, and groaned, "Oh, Christ! "
