Ryfsis, on the drive home from Oregon yesterday, I was reading At the
Entrance to the Garden of Eden (Yossi Halevi), where he visits a Catholic
order called the Beatitudes. I was thinking about Sarah. She is the first
woman named since the beginning. (Only 4 were named before Sarah: Eve, and
oddly enough, Lamach's wives and daughter...kith of Cain.
Even counting Cain, Sarah is the first with a real personality and perhaps
the strongest of any after. She is worth volumes of poetry herself. In
fact, I was thinking that during Sarah may be the time to put Lilith aside
or at least in the background, Sarah so powerful. But I've got to think on
it some more.
Lovely work you have presented.
Thanks very much.
Love,
GarBro
