Hi Maryann, this works for me apart from the rythmn in:
>to roll over. He sees her back arch.
>He hears her speak the language
>and wonders if she really likes it.
Certainly the third line of this tripych doesn't convince me, it feels like
the stress inverts, or something - erm, erm - just been back and read it
again three or four times - compare:
>to roll over. He sees her back arch.
>He hears her speak the language
>and wonders if she likes it. Really.
>He's really quite certain
>that he does.
>
That last couplet is a killer. Nice work. J

>He tries to smell good for her.
>He dreams he stands behind her
>with her skirt hiked up. He says,
>Do you like it like this.
>He understands the language
>that groans.
>
>He cries when he's finished
>and he wakes with a start.

>He worries about the dirty sheets.
>He touches the dampness and feels
>horny all over again. He pretends
>she's with him. He wants her
>to roll over. He sees her back arch.
>He hears her speak the language
>and wonders if she really likes it.
>He's really quite certain
