Hi Gary, nearly there, the intro does it for me. The juxtapostioins are
great, though I wondered at either a formula or typographic arrangement to
give consitency/ease of apprehension. And the ending just feels a little
bland, but also manufactured - which might be something to do with the
relatively long sentence length.
Simplicity ever harder than complexity! So I'll shut up. J
Country, Cityside
Here among these tall structures
I somehow feel at home.
I imagine
each taxi horn
rooster's crow
screech of brake,
mouse and owl
train whistle,
cattle's low
siren,
coyote's howl
somehow I feel at home
but not home enough
to keep me
among these tall structures
where I do not belong.
