| We are trying to run a normalisation with the SPM batch mode. At the +
| write normalised ; step, we meet a problem similar to the one described
| by Yi Fen (mailing list, 14 august 2000) for the settings of the
| bounding box. Apparently, the problem also appears for the settings of
| voxel sizes.
|
| We could check that the + voxel sizes ; field of the + normalisation ;
| structure is not read by the batch program and the normalisation only
| takes into account the SPM defaults (i.e. a voxel size of 2*2*2).
| Does anybody have tried to set parameters other than the default ones
| under batch mode (especially for normalisation) ?
| Perhaps is there a global variable concerning voxel sizes that we should
| modify under matlab before launching batch processing.
Believe it or not, I have never used the batch mode facility of SPM99.
I would guess that the simplest thing to do would be to type the something
like the following into spm before running the batch routines:
global sptl_BB sptl_Vx
sptl_BB = [[-78 -112 -50];[78 76 85]];
sptl_Vx = [2 2 2];
Other global variables that are set by the defaults button can be found
in spm_global.m.
