Dear Keolani,
Save your event-related times (in units of scans) into an ascii file
something like:
12 17.5 26 45.5 52 etc
when spm prompts you for the event onsets - just type
spm_load
this will prompt you for an ascii file - you can then select the one you
save above.
If you really want to speed things up, I suggest using scripting your
analyses.
