Dear SPM users,
I have a question regarding corrected p values when only part of the brain
has been scanned. We are using 22 coronal slices in the middle 2/3 of the
brain in an event related design.
1. In the volume statistics, are p values that are corrected for multiple
comparisons only using values from the middle 2/3 of the where we have
acquired EPI images?
2. If those p values are corrected for comparisons using the whole brain
and those corrected p values are too conservative, how do I get it do use
only the area that we have EPI images for?
3. If this is not possible what values do we use for significance?
Thank you so much, I appreciate this list.
