Dear Sirs,
I work in Department of Neurology of Medical University of Lodz, Poland.
We have just purchased Matlab and we are trying to get familiar with SPM. I
know, that I should rather join SPM mailing list first, and I'm going to do
that in a minute, but i am forced to write directly to you by my colleague,
who is considering possible purchase of additional software, which could
maybe be helpful in solving our problems, and she has very little time to
place possible order.
The problem is that when we try to process data acquired from our patients,
we find that after the processing images are displayed upside down and they
are not usable.
We run SPM on Sun Ultra 10 machine, with Matlab 6, and we use JavaImage by
Mark Horsfield to convert images from DICOM to Analyze format.
We can't state by now if there is any problem in conversion algorithm,
because we use only Jim as a viewer. I also posted Mark Horsfield in this
regard.
Please find attached the sample file in postscript format.
I would be very grateful for any feedback.
Best Regards
Marek Bieniek, MD
