Hi Anna,
You are welcome to use our template which represents summed tracer uptake
(weighted towards the initial scans) of 12 normal subjects. Please contact
me if interested,
kind regards,
Andreas

Subject: L-DOPA template
Dear SPM'ers,
I have a data set consisting of 10 patients (scanned before and after
treament) and 10 healthy controls (scanned once only) with the PET tracer
L-DOPA in all investigations. I have calculated the Patlak slope images and
now I want to include the slope images in a
1) group comparison
2) before-after treatment comparison
using SPM. I will use activity summation images as "images to determine
parameters" since the Patlak slope images are very noisy. The problem is now
that I don't have a suitable template so I guess that the normalization step
won't work well... So here's my question: Is there anyone who knows where I
can get a L-DOPA template?? Or is my only choice to create one myself? (Hope
not!)
Best wishes,
Anna Nilsson
