Hello SPMers,
We are trying to reorient SPM graphical output (i.e. SPM t-maps overlayed
on the canonical T1 sections) in a negatively "pitched" fashion so as to
make the temporal lobes more prominent. It "appears" to work properly if
the default transverse plane of coregistered SPECT images is changed prior
to analysis and the results are overlayed on a similarly reoriented
canonical image. Obviously the glass brain view at the top of the output
will be incorrect.
Is this a "valid" technique (i.e. does analysis proceed correctly
regardless of orientation)? Is there a better way to achieve this
particular display preference?
Thanks
Jason
