Dear Harold,
it does depend on your particular image orientation and the output of the
images by your particular scanner, but you may want to try:
pitch: (-)pi/2
Note that you may adjust the values for image orientation depending on "how
coronal" your coronals are. Note also that you need to be informed about the
left-right orientation: Pitching, rolling & yawing does NOT introduce any
flippings, thus you may need to "resize x" (and possibly "y" & "z" as well)
by something like -1, in particular.
Regards-
Andreas

Subject: reorientation of coronal fMRI data
Dear all,
I meet some problems with reorientation of coronal fMRI images. After
consulting the mailing list, I have understood that coronal fMRI
acquisitions have to be reoriented in the same way than axial ones, to
obtain for example sagital view in the upper right with eyes on the left
in the SPM display window.
Does anybody have met such a reorientation problem? If yes, please,
could you let me know about pertinent yaw, pitch and roll values to
reorient our coronal slices in a good way...
Thank you very much in advance for your help,
