I think you may need to resort to getting a programmer to do something from
the headers of your MRS data (if you can get hold of the documentation on the
file format). Somewhere in there should be something that says how the
positioning of the MRS data relates to co-ordinates within the scanner. If
you also acquire a structural scan during the same session, then its header
information should also say how the position of each voxel relates to scanner
co-ordinates. By knowing both, you have a mapping between the MRS data and a
structural scan (providing the subject didn't move between the acquisitions).
The MRS data can then be piggy-backed with the structural scan whenever any
spatial transformations are done to it. Unfortunately, this would all
involve a lot of additional (and probably quite fiddly) programming.
