Dear Arsene,
I'm not very familiar with cardiac imaging, but I understand your problem in
that way, that you want to do something more like a normalisation (instead
of coregistration) of individual cardiac SPECT images onto the same
template.
But, as I know, SPM_MIREG only perform rigid body transformations, so you
can only coregister images of the same subjetc.
Have you tried a normalisation without any masking, or creating an own
cardiac mask?
I don't know, if that will work, but you should try it.
