Dear All
I also have a related question: Half my subjects were acquired in
radiological convention and half in neurological convention. In order that
they all be similarly oriented I varied the radiological/neurological
defaults (Spatial Normalisation/ Parameter Estimation/ Affine Starting
Estimates) so that half the subjects normalised images were flipped and
half were not. What I'm wondering is whether all subjects will now be in
the same orientation for SPMs computed over the entire group?
Cheers
